Today, Princi Smallgoods is one of Australia’s largest manufacturers and wholesalers of Italian smallgoods. The company is still owned and operated by the Princi family, however the original Princi Smallgoods factory has been replaced with a state-of-the-art modern facility in Malaga.
Whilst the factory’s location might have changed, the traditions and values that Michele Princi first brought to Australia in the 1970s have remained.
Our range now includes Free-Range Smallgoods, as well as the traditional family favourites – Prosciutto, Cooked Hams, Cacciatore Sausage, Salami, Mortadella, Coppa and Pancetta.
